What is not on this list
Florida and Alabama both reserve certain work for licensed contractors, and for good reason — unlicensed work on those systems can void a homeowner's insurance coverage. Electrical, plumbing beyond a simple fixture swap, HVAC, roofing, structural work, window and door replacement and anything needing a permit all fall in that category.
If a request turns out to include one of those, you get told which part and pointed toward the right trade. The rest of the list still gets done.
